Bought a fiat 500l from the bedlington Autocare on the 04/04/25. Part exchange my old car for a new one. I had an operation on my foot and can no longer drive a manual so had to get an automatic car. Never drove one before. Charlie and the staff there were so helpful and explained everything and took me for a driving lesson. I can’t recommend them enough a Big thank you to them

I travelled down from Scotland and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Charlie and Darren were absolutely class. They arranged to pick me up from Morpeth station, took me to the dealership, and when I arrived, the car I’d chosen was in immaculate condition. The guys made this process as quick and easy as possible. I couldn’t recommend them enough!🙌🏼

Bought a car from this dealer, after going over options and what suited my needs best, picked one that I was very happy with. The car wasn’t ready yet, and as I work by appointment from my car the garage very kindly offered me the use of a car so that I was able to continue my work. Communication was good and the actual process of buying a car was smooth, uneventful and stress free. Definitely recommend this used car dealer, and will likely be visiting him again when it’s time for another car.
